5 ways to speed up potty training
Toilet training a dog– as essential as it is, causes stress for everyone involved. It takes patience no matter what, but there are some tips that can make the process easier and take less time. Here are some tips we have for pet owners wanting to speed potty training up a bit.

First, it is best to start potty training a puppy when it’s 3 or 4 months of age. Any earlier and your puppy may not have enough bladder control, any later and it will take a bit longer for the dog to learn it.
It also helps to have the puppy spend its time in a confined area of the house, such as a single room, the length of a tethered lead, or a crate even. This will help in the process for several reasons (including the instinct of not going in it’s den/living area). As the pup starts to understand, the area it has access to can expand.
